Standard Package Includes:

Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms:
All payments must be received by Friday, 14 April, 2023.
All payments via credit card is subjected to a bank surcharge of 3.5% for VISA/MasterCard/AMEX or Unionpay.
All bank charges must be borne by the client for payment via bank transfer.
Payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Delegate cost per person does not include airfares, local ground transportation and visa fee.
Cancellations/Substitutions Policy:
Upon confirmation and payment received your place(s) will be confirmed. Any cancellation/substitution must be received in writing. One of the following charges will be levied according to the cost of your registration and time of cancellation.
Cancellation Period:
Cancelled on or before Monday, 20 March, 2023 - 50% fee will be charged.
Cancelled after Monday, 20 March, 2023 - 100% fee will be charged.
Haymarket Media Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice. Haymarket Media Ltd. will not offer refunds under the circumstances of alert or incident include war, riot, crime, terrorist or strike, as well as any event considered an "act of God," such as an earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or volcanic eruption in case of the event is cancelled. If we are unable to run the event, Haymarket Media Ltd. will retain up to 50% of the booking fee to cover marketing and administration costs.
Room Allocations:
Every effort will be made to allocate shared accommodation according to request. In some cases, however, this may not be possible and the organiser reserves the right to assign rooms at their discretion, or in alternative hotels, should the need arise. All room allocations will be on same-gender basis.
Once we have received confirmation of your online booking, you will be sent an email with links to furnish all attendee's details. You are required to submit all completed attendee details via the link latest by Friday, 14 April, 2023.
